1. Getting left behind

2. Legs back, hands up

3. Losing contact and therefore unbalancing the horse

4. Fixed hands, stiff rider

5. Hands raised, ankles stiff

6. Raising an elbow

7. Over-checking

8. Losing position

9. Weight to far forward

10. Suddenly losing contact

11. Looking down

12. Interfering 

13. Over riding

14. Swinging your body over to one side

15. Upper body collapsing forward on landing

16. Landing heavily on the back of the saddle on landing
